Some photos from the fantastic weekend workshop the third years did with IOU Theatre. Those of us that took part all had a great time and created some work that we could be proud of in just 2 days. It was also pretty refreshing to work towards purely aesthetic goals rather than getting bogged down in meaning (like we usually do…..)
The evening performances were all well attended and the feedback was generally very positive. We look forward to getting back to the project and adapting it for Light Night next week.
My favourite review of the night came from someone listening in on ‘Not I’ by Beckett… After hearing about a minute of the piece, they turned to their friend and concluded: ‘it’s just words’.
Thanks to IOU Theatre for all their time and effort, and a huge thanks to Tim Skelley for making it all happen – you never cease to amaze us Tim!
