WT at the Fringe #3: Sedition

Featuring WT Students, Lizzie Morgan and Jess Kearney, The full company of Sedition spent quite a few weeks in production here in Studio 1. A preview performance was held last Thursday along with Facehunters and The Snow Queen.

A newly scripted drama, Sedition exposes a truth British history has attempted to hide.  Set in Jersey during the Second World War, the play tells the story of Eva, a young woman who betrays her family, community and nation by falling in love with the wrong man, at the wrong time. Eva is culturally and politically forbidden from being with the man she loves. By remaining loyal to him, she commits betrayal and treason. Harrowing, compelling and poignant, Sedition uncovers the personal narratives behind the shocking images of tarring and feathering.

You can see Sedition at 14.15 throughout August (from the 4th to the 26th) at Zoo venues on alternate days.  The Snow Queen will be at the same venue every other day (they swap).
